Workshop Dwra — a family-run workshop based in Kalamata, Greece. Contact: info@workshopdwra.gr.

Full business details (legal name, VAT number, tax office, GEMI registration number) will be added by the business owner's lawyer before launch.

All items in the catalogue are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces — paintings, hagiography icons, liquid-glass jewellery, ceramics and woodwork. Each piece is crafted in our workshop and sold as a single original.

Colours and textures may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the physical piece. This is not considered a defect.

All prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in Greece. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors in pricing before shipping. In such cases we will contact you before charging your card.

Payments are processed by Viva Wallet, a licensed payment institution. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Your order is considered confirmed once we receive successful payment confirmation from the provider.

We ship throughout Greece and to European Union countries. Typical delivery time is 5–10 working days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs €5 for orders up to €100 and is free for orders over €100. For shipments outside Greece, shipping is calculated case-by-case and we will inform you before dispatch.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for ready-stock items, in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994. Custom-made works (commissions) are exempt.

All products carry the legal warranty of conformity provided under Greek and European consumer protection law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal.

Natural variations characteristic of handmade pieces (e.g. small differences in wood grain or brushwork) are not considered defects.
