Returns & Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into Greek law via Law 2251/1994, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

This right applies to the ready-stock items in our catalogue — the one-of-a-kind handmade pieces sold as single originals.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email at info@workshopdwra.gr within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number. You may use the official withdrawal statement template provided below.

You then have a further 14 days to return the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or does not match its description.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

In our workshop this exception applies to commission services: custom paintings, custom carpentry and small crafts on request. The ready-stock items in the catalogue are NOT exempt and fully retain the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we refund the full amount paid (including the original shipping cost) within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
