Privacy Policy

We collect only the data we need to fulfil your order: full name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order history.

This version of the site does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

We process your data exclusively for: (a) fulfilling and shipping your order, (b) customer support and responding to enquiries, and (c) complying with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer law).

Sales documents and related order data are retained for 5 years, as required by Greek tax law. If you request erasure, we anonymise personal details while retaining the financial records required by law.

We share data only with the necessary technical partners (data processors): Viva Wallet for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, Cloudflare for hosting/DNS/CDN and Sentry for error monitoring.

We never sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Under GDPR Articles 15–20 you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@workshopdwra.gr. We will respond within 30 days.

The data controller is Workshop Dwra (info@workshopdwra.gr). We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as our activity does not require one by law.

If you believe your rights are being infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
